Employee Engagement Focus Groups
We can facilitate employee focus groups either as a follow-up to an employee survey, or as a standalone exercise. These enable organisations to gain a more in-depth understanding of engagement within the organisation and how to enhance this going forward.
Cultural Analysis
Our organisational culture analysis enables you to gain a detailed understanding of your organisation's culture, along with its strengths and potential risks.
We use a combination of workshops, interviews and questionnaires (depending on the size of the organisation) to enable us to really get 'under the skin' of the organisation. We provide you with a full report of the results and present and explain our findings in person to your senior management.
