360 degree feedback

Do people in your organisation say honestly what they think of each other?

Do your managers sometimes swerve away from giving constructive feedback to people in their teams?

Could your senior team do with a bit of honest feedback about what people really think of them?

People are more inclined to accept feedback if it is coming from more than one source. If people are allowed to give feedback anonymously, they usually say what they really think.

How we can help

We offer a 360 degree feedback tool which can be used independently, or followed up with a one to one feedback session with one of our experienced coaches.

The participant and those providing feedback are all asked to complete a confidential online questionnaire which focuses on behaviours such as leadership, teamwork, developing others etc. The feedback is collected anonymously via our online tool which summarises the results, ensuring that no single person's feedback can be identified.

Tailored to your organisation

We can tailor the behaviour statements used in the 360 degree tool to your organisation. We can use our standard set, or use behaviours from your own competency framework, or we can develop a set of behaviour statements especially for you.

We produce a detailed report outlining the results of the feedback and one of our experienced HR consultants will provide a feedback session to the individual. We can do this either face-to-face, or via telephone. We can provide further follow-up coaching sessions if required.

The participant is encouraged to develop a personal action plan as a result of the feedback, and depending on what works in your organisation, they can keep it to themselves, or share it with their line manager or HR person, to ask for the support they need to put it into action.
