Equally, if you simply want the response to an advertisement screened, we will do just that. In short, our recruitment service is 100% flexible and is tailored to meet your precise needs.

Once at shortlist stage, we can optionally carry out competency-based interviews, intelligence testing and personality profiling, or even design and run Assessment Centres on your behalf.

Our outsourced recruitment charges are based purely on the time required to deliver to your particular needs. If advertising is required, we will arrange this and charge it at cost. Adopting this approach normally saves a great deal – and our clients generally see at least a 50% reduction in their recruitment spend when using our outsourcing recruitment services.
