Medisave is an established supplier of medical and nursing equipment, employing 35 people and operating in 16 countries worldwide – with offices and warehousing as far-reaching as Auckland, New Zealand. The company has a vast product range of more-than 9,000 lines.

The Challenge

In 2009, with a growing workforce of over 30 employees, Medisave was becoming increasingly swamped with HR and payroll tasks that were taking up the valuable time of one of its directors. With an urgent need to free up time to focus on more strategic issues, the company also had a desire to replace its existing online holiday management system with one that directly integrated absence management.
